Hi, my name is Brooke! I am a Physical Therapist living in Northwest Arkansas, and love teaching people how to live a healthier, more full life. I am married to the love of my life, Nathan, and we have a dog, Balto, that I'm crazy about. I love spending time outside, and wish I could soak up the sun every single day.
